Returns
We offer returns only on Unopened and Unused items within 10 business days of order arrival time, except for vaping products. You can make returns or exchanges by contacting us via phone 954-533-0013 or by email info@sunstatehemp.com. All vaping products are final sale, unless product arrives damaged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you by phone or via email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed with a 15% return fee with shipping non-refundable, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If refund was rejected order will be reshipped back to you
